Adaptive Schools is a model of HOW for collaborative teams and plcs. You will learn about the 6 elements of a plc, the difference between dialogue and discussion, 7 norms of collaboration, promoting a spirit of inquiry, 5 energy sources/states of mind, organizing principles for meetings, meeting structures, data, etc. A great resource!
